Screenings are required for children entering Kindergarten through 8th grades. Children applying for our 3-year-old and 4-year-old programs will be observed in their current school setting. Screening appointments are made once the application process is complete.

For admission during the school year, decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
Notice of Nondiscriminatory Policy: Atlanta Jewish Academy practices a non-discriminatory admissions policy.
Need-based tuition assistance is available for students enrolled in Pre-K through 12th grades. Applications may be requested from the admissions office.
Tuition assistance applications are processed through FACTS. FACTS, an independent service, provides AJA and the Tuition Assistance Committee with an analysis of the applicant's tuition assistance needs. FACTS applications are submitted online. Instructions for this process will be provided. Tuition assistance forms are renewed annually. All applications will be kept STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. Requests for tuition assistance are not considered factors in admissions decisions. No application will be processed after the deadline unless acceptable arrangements have been made with the Admissions Office prior to that date.
